PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Whilst we will take every possible care during the treatment of your dog, the maintenance of the water and equipment and the surrounding areas, all dogs receive hydrotherapy treatment entirely at their owner's own risk.

All hydrotherapy sessions must be paid for in advance or in full on the day of treatment, this includes those to be part of an insurance claim.

If an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice then full session fees will be charged.

A current vaccination certificate or equivalent is required for every dog receiving treatment at our centre.

Without exception, dogs will not be able to participate in any form of hydrotherapy including fun/fitness swims, without the completion of a client registration form authorised by their Veterinary surgeon.

Any dogs showing signs of infectious or contagious conditions such as those affecting the skin, eyes or ears, will not be able to use the facilities. Owners are advised to contact us to cancel appointments at the earliest opportunity, normal cancellation policy applies.

Bitches in season cannot participate in hydrotherapy sessions.

Dogs should be brought for their treatment in as clean a condition as is possible.

Dogs should not be fed for at least three hours before a session, owners should also make sure their dogs have had plenty of opportunity to go to the toilet before arriving. Should a dog defecate in the pool or treadmill, there will be a charge payable by the owner for the time that the equipment is unfit for use.

Owners should wear sensible shoes with non-slip soles when they attend the hydrotherapy centre. The area around the pool and treadmill may become wet and slippery.

Children visiting the centre must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. We advise against bringing very young children to the centre.

Owners will not at any time be permitted to enter the pool or treadmill.

When not receiving treatment, owners must keep their dogs on a lead and under control at all times. This is not a requirement for those dogs who are unable to walk unassisted.

Owners must advise us if at anytime during a course of treatment, their dog's condition or injury deteriorates in any way or, if their veterinary surgeon advises that treatment should be stopped or suspended.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles whilst you are visiting the centre.

We reserve the right to use Photographs and video taken during sessions.
